Everything, Tutto, et Tout

Seattle … bountiful, crowded and part of the great Pacific Northwest. The trees here (above) are of a kind not seen anywhere else!

And this one (below) is still sporting Autumn color … and it’s the merry month of May already!

This is the Chihuly Garden … with displays from the art and imagination of Dale Chihuly.

His experiments with glass, bold colors, and light gift us with the following:

Ceilings of light.

I do wonder how they dust these stunning displays.

Rich colors and beautiful to behold …

… and of course demonstrations of glassblowing, videos of Chihuly’s installations and worldwide work. A full day in the city.

Seattle has lots to see and do … dining on fresh seafood, visiting the original Starbucks, walking the green parks, dim sum in Chinatown is all part of the package.

The views are of course breathtaking.

The great North American West … it has everything as we’ve written before: “high peaks, magnificent valleys, raging rivers, peaceful creeks, rain forests, expansive deserts, desolate rocky escarpments, bountiful cities, restful little towns, crowded places and lonely places, ocean beaches, lakeside retreats … and of course, much more.”
