“… one season following another …” says the song from Fiddler on the Roof. It’s so true … time hastens by … new seasons approach … and Traveling Tortuga is reluctant to stray.
But then, we get to look at what the future holds! Poet Mary Oliver (“Last Night the Rain Spoke to Me”) writes: “… imagine! imagine! the long and wondrous journeys still to be ours.”
The Kootenay River … which we have not enjoyed as fully as it deserves … calls.
We’ll spend some time where both the Kootenay and the Yaak rivers meet up …
It’s time to imagine the long and wondrous journeys ahead …
