I think that it is back now … a picture of the Columbia River. The “featured image” (at the very top of this page) is the same area. So glad you enjoyed it!!
It’s amazing how much the elevation affects the vegetation and topography.
Indeed … sometimes when passing through these areas, it’s easy to get lulled – then suddenly you’re in a whole new environment.
