To continue our summary, that is, our review of past “traveling tortuga times”, my driver often has to decide … where to go next?? Should we stay by that “darn noisy creek” (above, in Montana)? It has great WiFi signal!

But it seems like we’re always at the crossroad …

Shall we leave the city? …

Shall we quit the mountaintops?

We can meet up with friends … then travel on …

We can visit a few sights … then travel away for more …

We can catch some racy events … and help out too …
Or we can just stay and enjoy the beauty! It’s good to look back a bit – to see where you’ve been – to remember how you’ve been blessed!

Sometimes the view is mundane … but then the local eateries dress up the day …

Above, in a tiny town in Washington …

Above, in a bustling suburb in California.
But visiting with family is the best time …
And taking the back roads is peaceful …

And we can thank God every day, being filled with wonder … looking forward to another. That’s what a traveling tortuga summer looks like.
