Winter to Spring

Moving along the local roads ...
Moving along the local roads …
A morning up the road ...
… bring us to another beautiful site …

Overnighting in the Pacific Northwest is heavenly. And uncrowded in the winter, spring and fall!

Seventy-six sites ... nobody here!
Seventy-six sites … nobody here!

Just as before, mild weather cries out for mid-morning and afternoon strolls … work permitting, of course!

Trails unused for months ...
Well worn trails, unused for months …
... and places to contemplate Gods' creation ...
… and places to contemplate Gods’ creation …
... and sitting spots ...
… and sitting spots …
... then a home to return to.
… then a home to return to.

Guess we won’t need the 4×4 too much on this trip. Always good to have for the snow, mud or steep inclines … but we’re traveling on regular roads for a while.

Lots of lake time ... pondering as the day slips by.
