Early in the morning, and it’s time to gather for the New Year! Pinehurst Idaho is the place to be!!

Half of the group went to the top. The other half headed for the obstacles. We went for the obstacles. Good choice, as the snow was so deep up top that they had to turn back.

Diggin’ in he was. Well, we have winches and tow lines …

Beautiful creeks and lots of rocks. Icicles everywhere and the “road” is slick. Fun!

… but it takes a lot of work. Slick rocks and an ever changing dynamic … lots of people were hanging off the side and pushing to get the Cherokee into position …

One of the Jeeps sliced his sidewall … didn’t have a spare … and had special wheels (that no-one else had). Now that’s bad news … he and his family went back down, got a wheel that would fit, then returned to get his vehicle. All in a days fun, of course.
