Tiny home in early Autumn

Here we go again …

It’s early autumn, the days are warm and the nights very cool. My driver is heading back into the mountains of eastern Oregon … for a little peace, and a change of the scenery. No traffic except for a few horses and riders.

Cool and clear waters …

There’s even a few salmon who made it up this far … they look like they’re done, though!

There we are … hidden in the trees ..

It has been a very busy year, and this is the perfect place to live for awhile. When you have your home always with you, it’s sometimes disorienting to look out the window and see …?

Oh my gosh – the backyard has changed!

Ah, Robert Frost notes in his “Tree at my Window”

Tree at my window, window tree,
My sash is lowered when night comes on;
But let there never be curtain drawn
Between you and me.

Goodnight tree, goodnight air … goodnight noises everywhere …

… and, as always, simply living well!
