It’s winter, but at this time California is low on snow! Well, it’s time for us to quick-time our trip! We were able to visit dear friends in Grants Pass – what a blessing! Then it’s pedal to the metal … past Shasta to an over-nighter at Rolling Hills Casino.
Then off to San Francisco.
Time to shop for dinner …
Oh, there’s lots of work to do … and lots of time to eat too! Like Solomon said — enjoy the good of all your labor!

oh man! the roasted birds look delicious!
Crispy on the outside, moist and tender on the inside! And the bbq pork (chasu) is sooo good. Always pick up a few pounds to bring home – but it never makes it home!
